No solo q tenía un mes de prueba gratis, ahora cobraron por adelantado el Mes y tengo la cuenta bloqueada y es imposible poder contactar con alguien

Muchas series y películas no se pueden ver en la región que estoy Uruguay . Reclame muchas veces y nada . No tiene casi nada para ver porque todo está restringido

Se pasa colgando, imposible ver un capítulo entero.
Canción de suscripción
Es imposible cancelar la suscripción. Lamentable el servicio de atención al cliente, no hay asistente virtual ni email ni teléfono para comunicarse y obtener ayuda.
Desconformidad
Necesito que me den de baja mi suscripción a esta App,nunca lo usé y me siguen cobrando algo que no estoy usando. Intente comunicarme con ustedes y no me responden por ningún lado. Espero y me solucionen el problema.
Errores
Los subtítulos no se generan en todos los diálogos, eso hace que te pierdas de varias cosas. Además no tiene para opción de idioma original, si la serie que vi antes es italiana y quiero verla en su idioma, la próxima cosa que ponga por más que sea de otro lado va a estar en italiano. Es un poco cansador andar cambiando cada rato de idioma.

En Uruguay el listado de películas y series es MUY pequeño, y están los peores títulos. Cada vez que quiero buscar una buena peli aparece “Este titulo no está disponible en tu país” horrible, me doy de baja

No se para que pago si la mayoría de series no están disponibles en Uruguay.
Siguen demasiada limitada la oferta para Uruguay
Insisto, ya ni me alegro cuando veo que algo está supuestamente disponible en Prime, porque asumo que en mi región no va a estar, lo verifico y es tal cual. Creo que no vale la pena continuar con este servicio
