اغلب البائعين لا يتقون الله في إرسال المنتج كما موضح في الإعلان بالإضافة الي أسعار المنتجات اغلي بكثير عن أسعار السوق المحلات اللي بيدفع إيجار و كهرباء وضريب وخلافة….

Delivery service is awful

تم النصب عليا ف ثمن سلعة وصلت مكسورة و قمت بالارجاع لكن امازون وضعت الاموال ف حسابي ثم اغلقته و تم عمل شكوى و فتح الحساب لكن تم منعي من عمليات الشراء او استرداد اموالي لديهم

It’s been days chasing the gift bought to a child . Amazon knew they don’t have it . Trying to force me to refund. Sold What they never had! Took my money لا ثقه في امازون يبعوا و ياخدوا اموال اشياء ليست عندهم وهميه وً يزهقوكم ايام تاخر تسليم و مكالمات قالوا تاخير يوم و الحاجه اليوم الخامس مدفوعه و لم تظهر و مطالبه اعمل استرجاع و اجري اسابيع وراء فلوسي ترد ، noon better switching to it It’s a horrible experience of chasing your refund or your gift - they never tell you but after days and imply “if not delivered will contact you for refund in weeks “ They should never receive money for something they don’t have . And they are not manufacturers . If they fail to deliver then what service are they offering and why do they collect money in advance !! Horrible standards so declining and very rude as they disregard deadlines as if it s irrelevant ! A child waited for 5 days for his surprise gift and the alternative was to get The plushy from Facebook market but I thought Amazon more reliable while un discounted ! And Facebook supplier would have made me pay on delivery and NOT upfront 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

جالي اوردر غلط و قعدت اسبوع عشان يغيروا و لما قولتلهم اتاخرتوا ليه قالولي اصل مفيش حاجة اسمها استبدال الاوردر الغلط الفلوس هتجيلك علي ال gift card و نبقي نحولهالك بعد اسبوع الكلام دا هياخر فلوسي ٣ اسابيع و الاوردر مش هيجي لغلط أنا مليش ذنب فيه

I ordered many times from two different countries egypt and saudi arabia… every time with a different size or not the exact order and you need to call for a return and wait days and a big circle.. over rated not professional people who need to monitor their packing and know what customers exactly ordered!!

عدم مصداقيه في التوصيل و تعامل مندوب الشحن سيئ جداً مش بيوصلوا لحد العنوان المكتوب وعايزين حد يجي ياخد الاوردر بدل ما هما اللي يوصلوا

-Missing item ( that I paid for in-advance) -Scammed me saying that I received the order while I absolutely didn’t -Customer service is absolutely UNHELPFUL AND VERY PASSIVE

الايربودز مكملتش شهرين. وباظت بكلم الضمان يقولوا لا مادام مش عليها اتصال يبقي سوري مش هنساعد بنلاقي فلوس ف الشارع!!
