I hate the latest update- the orders page was fine the way it was 😩 now nothing is in the proper order and it’s such a cluster - items purchased all discombobulated and appear on the top and bottom lists! The items that have been delivered show up at the top which used to only show things left to deliver or pending still - I hate how the top is all boxes instead of in list form too and the bottom lists are all out of order and such a mess- I loathe it- PLEASE change it back!

What’s the deal with no dark mode on the app. Even the eBay app has dark mode and it looks good too. Come on developers, yall can do it

We’ve been using this app for about 14 years. It’s simple and nice. It has a lot of things your local stores don’t. Again,best online app!.

Even temu and ebay ensures products are of better quality and refund if any issue with seller, had a horrible experience with amazon seller.

Is an actual nightmare. Also, things NEVER arrive by the quoted time that I pay extra for. I smell a class action on the 2025 docket.

Slow to load and often when attempting to check orders, I get error message with dog saying something went wrong on our end, try again. After several attempts, I give up and continue on website.

Amazon keeps this up and someone will replace them the customer support ppl don’t have much iq and they tell you what you want to hear but don’t really resolve anything

This app is lacking dark mode and therefore lacking a pleasant experience anytime I must use it… When dark mode became available it made everything instantly easier to interact and navigate. Approximately 40% of people worldwide are affected by astigmatism resulting in glare issues… We need the dark side…
