App keep crashing after the latest update on iOS 15.8 Please fix this ASAP
Horrible, no cs hot line to serve
Booked many books on line by amazon app. Somehow some of my orders are not listed in the order list and my cc was charged. Unable to trace what is the order for and for what items since it is not listed but only received email stating the total order and order no. Tracing the order no. by the app and website but unable to retrieve any details. Can’t find any CS phone line no. and no on line complain can be done. Crappy system by amazon, and i thought you guys are one of the biggest on line shopping company 😓

Delivery suck Im waiting 2 weeks and my package not coming I try to chat customer services, but it suck I lost my money
Payment Methods
Hard to navigate. Especially when making payments. My orders kept on getting canceled without any valid reasons despite the fact I have tried other alternatives. I have never come across this problem before so this is very upsetting. It unnerves people from buying products in this app. Would probably be better if we were given the opportunity to chat with sellers as well so we can clear out any uncertainties directly.
