amazon has twice returned my package to the seller but my money was not returned. I spent about 6000 yen and my money was not returned. I reported to customer service many times but it didn't help me at all. improve your service and your shipping! I'm very disappointed.

I didn’t get refund for almost one month , ? First of all i didn’t not cansel the item at all , they just cansel my order ,and until now i didn’t get refund and I don’t know where to complain there is very hard to find customer service on the app
