Заказал товар, он сломался через пару недель, и вот уже почти 6 месяцев мне ни меняют его ни возвращали деньги, ни ремонтируют!
Необоснованная закрытие аккаунта
Компания может заблокировать ваш аккаунт без разъяснения причин, служба поддержки вам ничем не поможет, на моей памяти было 10 звонком в службу поддержки, которые ни к чему не приводили. Служба поддержки настолько плохая, что даже на обращение закрыть аккаунт, они не в состоянии ответить на протяжении 2 недель.

Вы как из деревни стадо выбежало и давай орать, где язык , мы тупые , ничего не понимаем бла бла бла Включайте мозги, раз их хватило на то чтобы пользоваться смартфоном, скачать приложение и зарегестрироваться там, то хватит и выучить простые слова англ языка уровня начальной школы А то сидят ставят одну звезду за свою ликвидность того что находится по корой черепа
Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Most disorganized delivery in the world. Packages coming damaged, but we are lucky if they come. Often things don’t come but in app it shows: delivered. They don’t care if you working, if you are busy. If you didn’t pick the dam phone when currier arrived -no parcel for you. I don’t know why it is so difficult to inform the client in advance what time delivery guy will come or better to give options. You guys really think I sit at home all day with my phone glued to my hand and waiting for your delivery? Worse part: some packages they leave at their “office”. It is a huge pile of parcels for different people where you have to find yours. Best place for parcels to disappear. 2 Amazon guys are sitting there and chilling. I’m switching to flip card, so done with you. Don’t know what is they role exactly, but not helping at all. You really think we enjoy coming and spending 40 min a day to find the parcel? And if you don’t find it: look for it better. Really, traumatic experience.
Worst UX
I would say that this app came from 2000 where nobody cared about UI and UX. It’s hard to navigate, it’s slow, jumping every time when you scroll. Find anything is a nightmare. Moreover sellers are cancelling orders without any reason and increase price. This is not appropriate and use oriented model I personally try to use other apps and use Amazon if there only there an item I’m looking for. Shame on the one of the biggest companies in the worlds for such service and care of users.
