The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Charged another year after cancelling months ahead of renewal. Impossible to contact anyone
This was a great app but I never really used it and decided to cancel the subscription. I cancelled this months ago, way ahead of the yearly renewal in February and checked multiple times that I had cancelled the subscription. I've now been charged $117 dollars in February and have been trying to find a way to contact Asana and Apple to ask for my money back with no luck. Would appreciate someone contacting me.....
It’s a scam!!
Whatever you do, do not download this app. They will auto renew your subscription, even if you haven’t used the app in months - hide behind needing to adhere to some rubbish in their terms and conditions, and refuse to refund you. No notice was given of an auto renewal, a large sum of money taken. It’s a scam. I refuse to believe that a refund cannot be offered and the service cancelled. Scam has been reported to the ACCC. Beware.
Terrible customer service
No notification of renewal and they processed 2 year renewal. I immediately write to request cancellation and refund and was basically told tough luck it was written on sign up.
SCAMMING MY ACCOUNT
This app keeps taking money from my account even though I cancelled my subscription 2 years ago. Their transactions don’t even show up on my apple account they just take it directly from my bank account. Warming it’s a scam! Current class action against them for doing this!
Unauthorised automatic renewals
As the title states, they took an unauthorised annual payment from me and are refusing to refund.
Make sure you check your subscription renewal
Wish I saw all the reviews about subscription! On the actual app - I found a lot of the moves in the video probably too difficult for me. There were some workouts that were ok for my fitness level and beginner level but just found overall isn’t for me, and probably suits people who are more advanced. I hadn’t logged into the app and completely forgot about auto renewal so didn’t cancel before hand. I did not receive any email notices that it was due (I would have certainly actioned it if I got an email notification). So when I requested a cancellation and refund literally within the day it came out of my account, they refused it stating sign up process. So be warned. Auto renewal subscription apps should have better reminders and not just through their app. This one in particular also does not show through iPhone settings in subscriptions which I do check.
Disappointing Customer Service
The app was ok but I wasn’t using it. I thought I had cancelled my subscription but then a payment was taken out for a 2 year subscription renewal which I cannot afford. I emailed customer service straight away to cancel it and was met with a hard no. 2 years a a bit steep for an automated renewal of an app I don’t use. A little understanding would have been nice.
Hard to cancel subscription
Sadly after my subscription was taken for the following 12 months automatically I could not find out how to stop the money being taken. I cancelled the account but there was no way of cancelling the subscription even though I sent an email. Here’s hoping they see this and contact me
Automatic renewal reminders not sent.
Most apps send a notification that these will be an auto renewal charge happening. I immediately emailed a refund request and it was denied. If I had a notification I would have cancelled prior to the money coming out of my account. Not a good way to conduct business
