I have cancelled my subscription and yet they have renewed it and charged me new fees.

The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Charged twice
I downloaded the app today and was charged twice from my card once from PayPal and another from iTunes! Kindly choose the one that is most suitable and refund the other. Thank you
Annoying
I uninstalled it.then every day it installs itself on my device automatically its so annoying and frustrating cuz I don’t know how to stop it from downloading
Needs Improvement
Application crashes often and logs me out requesting I “unlock everything” even though I have a one year subscription. I don’t like the fact that I cannot “remove” a workout from my history because I sometimes skip through one of the sets mistakenly and the app assumes I have completed the workout but in fact I have to redo the whole workout. I also don’t like the fact that I cannot remove/amend a weight log entry that I mistakenly entered.
Just Money
If I could give this app a zero I will you get nothing exept if you paid and what if you are still 16 or 17 and don’t have a credit card like what the hell🙄
What do you do when you’re ill
I’m sick and it keeps reminding me. I like this app, but there is no pause.
FRAUD
I purchased this app two years ago and actually liked it. However, since I wasn’t able to justify the cost, I cancelled my subscription. I am still being charged yearly and NO ONE will get back to me about a refund. It is very frustrating
Unauthorized billing
No customer support. Do not download and get sucked into an unending cycle of unauthorized charges — despite cancelling your subscription
Too many thing in the way of just USING it
This is a content app. The content is great. But every time I try to use it I have to reset goals, confess why I stopped using it before, and answer--for some absolutely unknown reason--little quizzes. There is so much dumb STUFF between me and what it's trying to give me that it is almost not worth using. Just let me open it, find a class, and use it!
Payment SCAM alert
Asana rebel just charged me for a 3 year subscription without my approval ( I only signed for a 1 year), and no warning about it. It is impossible to cancel because the instructions to cancel DO NOT WORK, I had to go to the payment source and tell them not to release anymore payments. I am trying to get a refund but the company gave an automated pop up after submitting refund and cancellation requests saying no refunds will be issued. After reviewing I see that many people have reported the same thing to the BBB and reported it online on redit and Facebook as well.
