Asana Rebel: Get in Shape

Had an issue with subscription services and sent a couple requests for help, only to receive auto responses in both cases.I was then sent an email asking for feedback on the help I received where I explained my request hadn’t actually been dealt with by an actual human. No response was given to my feedback. Very disappointing customer service

Don’t even use the app after two months and a year later I get a payment of £70 leave my account. I did not authorise this and I do not have a direct debit with them. Impossible to contact, no phone number, no live chat. Reading other reviews it looks like they will even refuse to refund me!! What a truly awful company, you have taken my money when I did not give you permission and you gave me NOT A SHRED OF NOTICE. No email, not text, nothing. I cannot wait for my bank to do a chargeback on them when they inevitably don’t refund me. If you are going to reply to my review at least make it a proper response and not the exact same copy and paste you have Replied to every other review with. Why won’t you give people their money back huh? Shady operators. Will be reporting to financial conduct authority and the financial ombudsman in the UK due to the lack of communication prior to taking payment. Don’t take anymore of my money and refund me!

I haven’t used the app in nearly a year so I was surprised to see £70 taken out of my account. Usually there would be a reminder but nothing came through. They also don’t refund me. Not a great experience. Quite sneaky to not send a reminder.

Be careful, they auto renew your annual subscription and don’t notify you it’s going to be renewed also doesn’t show in subscriptions

Be careful when you sign up because they will add you to automatic subscription without you noticing and the price doubled since last year, I requested a refund on same day as payment went and they refused. However was not advised the renewal was coming.

I think this is absolutely appalling And I will leave reviews stating this, this day and age where instant re subscriptions should not be allowed! It started with insurance companies and it’s just Robbing because companies cannot be arsed to work for there money and do the job right and approach people to earn the peoples hard earn cash! you’d rather steal it!!! Because basically that’s what you’ve done!! I haven’t used your app for approx a year I had no intention of using again and it’s cost me £70 Utter Utter disgrace!!

The content is mediocre at best and they operate like a scam. Don’t send you any emails for a year and no warning of renewal and just take your money. The content is not good enough to keep people engaged for a whole year so it’s the only way they can make money. You have been warned!!

The app is great but I wish there was an option to turn the music off. Sometimes it’s ok but often it’s just distracting and annoying.

DO NOT use this company. While the content is ok (there are plenty of other equally good yoga/meditation apps out there which are a lot cheaper) they tie you in to an auto-renewal contract. They don’t send you any reminder that your subscription is about to renew (after a year I need one, I don’t think that’s unreasonable!) and then refuse to refund your payment. I emailed to cancel the same day that the subscription renewed (before the money had even left my account) and they refused to give me a refund. I’ve tried to stop the payment, but I’m not sure it’s possible. I’d say that their business model is based on tricking customers into a renewing subscription, knowing that many will forget to cancel as that’s human nature. To them refuse to refund within the usual 14 day period is iniquitous and cynical. Avoid and use one of the many cheaper, more moral alternatives.
