Make sure you deactivate automatic renewal. My credit card notified me of the charge and I immediately sent them to cancel which is on the same day of renewal and they refused to refund. App is also not user friendly which was why I did not want to renew.
I was charged automatically for a renewal of the membership. A request for cancellation within a week still has no refund. It’s not a month charge but a full year.
Overall is good app however I notice some of the exercises are slow in loading . I will try to delete the app and download again, let’s see
I’ve been on asana rebel for 3 years now. The exercises don’t change. It gets really boring after the first 6 mths
The exercises are very well explained and executed, however the flexibility is very advanced. I do private Pilates classes weekly for years, however I am not flexible at all and sometimes struggle to follow. More beginner classes would be useful.
Great workout plan that suits me. Mu body is toned up and I can the difference, burn the fat and build up my body.
I turn off everything in the apps but the “quiz of the day” and etc keep popping up on my I watch. That’s really annoying. How do I remove it?

Numberous issues when first purchased... things like not being able to play downloaded videos, being asked to log in again just to access videos when I was already logged in, and then after that, being asked to subscribe to view a video when I’ve already paid the yearly subscription fee. User issues are things like; difficult to follow the video for the first time since you have to watch on your phone (not everyone has Mac for screen sharing). Can’t add your own music for motivation. Models demonstrating the movements aren’t particularly fit (just skinny), although they’ve since started using bulkier, and muscle defined models. Overall I feel that the price is way too high given the experience. Contacted iTunes app support to ask for my money back but was told “no”. Word of advice. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST.
Asana rebel workouts have helped me to significantly reduce body aches and exercise although I am in recovering from my illnesses. Love it.
