Love how the workouts are set up. Would love it if my ongoing challenge was front and center when I log in. I don’t care about the beginner program & other content, really.

The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Not worth the subscription
There are far too few workouts available to justify the total cost of even the 3-month subscription. Also, the workouts are by far not intense enough - being in reasonably good shape, I don’t feel as I’ve had a workout even after doing 3 in a row. Give me a free stream of an asthanga yoga class any day!! In fact-these workouts are in no way better or more innovative than workouts already freely available over youtube. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. I guess thats why they don’t have a monthly subscription option - everyone would unsubscribe after one month.

What do you do when you’re ill
I’m sick and it keeps reminding me. I like this app, but there is no pause.
FRAUD
I purchased this app two years ago and actually liked it. However, since I wasn’t able to justify the cost, I cancelled my subscription. I am still being charged yearly and NO ONE will get back to me about a refund. It is very frustrating
Unauthorized billing
No customer support. Do not download and get sucked into an unending cycle of unauthorized charges — despite cancelling your subscription
Too many thing in the way of just USING it
This is a content app. The content is great. But every time I try to use it I have to reset goals, confess why I stopped using it before, and answer--for some absolutely unknown reason--little quizzes. There is so much dumb STUFF between me and what it's trying to give me that it is almost not worth using. Just let me open it, find a class, and use it!
Payment SCAM alert
Asana rebel just charged me for a 3 year subscription without my approval ( I only signed for a 1 year), and no warning about it. It is impossible to cancel because the instructions to cancel DO NOT WORK, I had to go to the payment source and tell them not to release anymore payments. I am trying to get a refund but the company gave an automated pop up after submitting refund and cancellation requests saying no refunds will be issued. After reviewing I see that many people have reported the same thing to the BBB and reported it online on redit and Facebook as well.
Renewal
I just caution anyone who stops using the product to ensure they cancel appropriately. The auto renew will not be addressed by the company.
Workouts were good. Cancelling and customer service are terrible.
I used this app for a couple years and enjoyed it but decided to give another app a try last year. I canceled this service, ensured it was no longer listed as a subscription yet I was charged again. I contacted them the day I was charged and customer service refuses to do anything. Not helpful and impossible to cancel.
