Excluding warmup and cooldown, it is only ~7 minutes.
How one could expect some changes doing 7 minutes workout?.. And if you try to combine two or more workouts, skipping cooldown and Shavasana of the first one, and warmup of the last one, they wont count that at all at the statistics.
Instructors are good, overall mood is great, but way too short workouts.
Why meditation disappeared?
Since the recent update, meditation and sleep music totally disappeared. this is an acceptable thing to happen during my subscription. hope these features come back next update.
The best app
I was told to stop running because of a muscle issue, but Asana helped me to continue running balancing the aerobic work with yoga based workout, allowing my body to become stronger and more flexible.Love it!
Exercises are great, but connection with iPhone’s Fitnesses app is bad
I really love the exercises on the app very much. It has variety of exercises and Challenge feature is nice to follow everyday workout without thinking/selecting exercises for the day. However, the app doesn’t have good connection with iPhone’s Fitness app and Apple Watch. Sometimes the app on Apple Watch automatically starts when I started the exercise on my iPhone and the workout is recoded in the fitness app. But, most of time, the app on the watch doesn’t start at all and my workout is not recoded on the fitness app. Sometimes it is fixed by re-installing the app on the watch, but sometimes it doesn’t work. It is really stressful and I really would like it to be fixed sometime soon.
I purchased 1 year subscription but I could not login . Also I tried to change the language, but when I selected Japanese, it showed Korean language.
Moreover, I have still cannot if I could canceled subscription.
I hate this App. I do not want to give even one star.
