Way too short workouts
Excluding warmup and cooldown, it is only ~7 minutes. How one could expect some changes doing 7 minutes workout?.. And if you try to combine two or more workouts, skipping cooldown and Shavasana of the first one, and warmup of the last one, they wont count that at all at the statistics. Instructors are good, overall mood is great, but way too short workouts.
