I cancelled the subscription for the app a very long time ago, and yet yesterday I was charged and my subscription was renewed. I became aware of this only when my bank notice arrived, neither Apple nor Asana Rebel informed me of this charge. Be very careful when subscribing to this app.
There are a lot of crucial things that are wrong with your app. I’m am a QA myself and since i paid for the app i am a little bit disappointed, here’s why: 1. When opening the app for the first time and if you don’t watch the into video for the app the user don’t have an option to watch it again, which was my case. 2. After clicking on the notification, the system doesn’t load my workout and i can’t open it from Workout History which beats the purpose of the App and i can’t do my workout today. 3. If there is an option to cancel my Current Program i can’t find it or there is none. I am on an iPhone 6 11.3 ———————————- 25/04/2018 I updated the app. 1. still an issue 2. if i don’t open the notification imitatively afterwards i cannot open my workout which makes the app useless. 3. canceling a program is done when entering a new program, multiple programs at one are not enabled

I purchased this app two years ago and actually liked it. However, since I wasn’t able to justify the cost, I cancelled my subscription. I am still being charged yearly and NO ONE will get back to me about a refund. It is very frustrating

This is a content app. The content is great. But every time I try to use it I have to reset goals, confess why I stopped using it before, and answer--for some absolutely unknown reason--little quizzes. There is so much dumb STUFF between me and what it's trying to give me that it is almost not worth using. Just let me open it, find a class, and use it!
Asana rebel just charged me for a 3 year subscription without my approval ( I only signed for a 1 year), and no warning about it. It is impossible to cancel because the instructions to cancel DO NOT WORK, I had to go to the payment source and tell them not to release anymore payments. I am trying to get a refund but the company gave an automated pop up after submitting refund and cancellation requests saying no refunds will be issued. After reviewing I see that many people have reported the same thing to the BBB and reported it online on redit and Facebook as well.
