I had signed up a year ago for this app online. The app was ok but wasn’t meeting my needs. I don’t even know the last time I logged in. They have an automatic subscription which bcs I signed up through the website I don’t see on my Apple subscriptions. No problem though since any decent company before taking over $174 for a renewal will provide some notification that hey your renewal is coming up for this amount so customers can1) ensure they have the funds available and 2) make a decision to continue. Well not this company. I knew because my credit card was charged. So no problem right- any decent company when you reach out if they care at all about customer service will recognize that practice is faulty and would provide a refund since I contacted them on the very day I was charged. Nope. Not this one. All they did was cancel my subscription effective Apr 2026. And said im not eligible for a refund because it was automatic renewal. THAT I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT!! Be very aware as once you’re signed up they will take your money and not even care.

This is a good workout app. What they don’t tell you is that if you sign up on their web page then you have to email to cancel, and will process your renewal anyways if you only cancel through the app.

I unsubscribed from Asana’s yearly subscription a few months after I tried it out. However, I just got a renewal charge after a year. I checked my Apple Store and I confirmed I was not subscribed anymore there. When I opened the app, it still says I’m subscribed. It seems like they keep your information from the Apple Store and charge you as if you didn’t cancel the subscription. If you don’t plan to stay, save yourself some money and skip this app altogether. I reach out the same day they charge me and they will not refund me! This feels like scam! And of course they charge the whole year $180 dollars. I wish read the other costumers review first they saying that will refund is a lie they already told me the will not. If you don’t want them To keep your credit card information and keep charging. DON,T SUBSCRIBE!!!

They direct you from the app to the website for subscribing then make it two separate platforms for subscriptions. They charge for a whole year with no notice.

Curious about access limitations. Discount purchases appear to not have videos often shown on social media. Difficult to find what you'd like and very limited video content for cost. Expect fradulent renewal without reminder. And significant lack of customer service.

I’m disappointed by the app. Contents are good but too many technical mal functions. Downloaded contents are not playable - useless! Couldn’t exercise while travelling. Screen does not tilt - menu does not tilt so hard to navigate. ( I like to use landscape mode) “Completed” does not appear all the time - if you touch a wrong place or did workout offline , the app may not mark it as completed and there is no other way to mark complete manually. Contents are good but because of the technical difficulties I’m not going to renew the subscription.
