Horrible business practice to take your money. Beware.
I had signed up a year ago for this app online. The app was ok but wasn’t meeting my needs. I don’t even know the last time I logged in. They have an automatic subscription which bcs I signed up through the website I don’t see on my Apple subscriptions. No problem though since any decent company before taking over $174 for a renewal will provide some notification that hey your renewal is coming up for this amount so customers can1) ensure they have the funds available and 2) make a decision to continue. Well not this company. I knew because my credit card was charged. So no problem right- any decent company when you reach out if they care at all about customer service will recognize that practice is faulty and would provide a refund since I contacted them on the very day I was charged. Nope. Not this one. All they did was cancel my subscription effective Apr 2026. And said im not eligible for a refund because it was automatic renewal. THAT I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT!! Be very aware as once you’re signed up they will take your money and not even care.
