HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Apple Watch problems

I am consistent with my activity circles on my apple watch, and it was cool that when I start to exercise in the app it automatically records the training on the watch. But there comes the pain: the workout on the watch can 1) just freeze and doesn’t react at all 2) stop in the middle and didn’t continue 3) simply didn’t start. For me it is really important that apple watch is strongly integrated in the workout routine so I wish you fix those issues asap. The app itself is good and easy to use, instructors are nice. A little goes a long way so I hope to continue with your short videos, which are cool to use during the work day when there are only 10-15 minutes. Good luck guys, hope you will evolve! 🙌🏻

Gift cards don’t work

I active my subscription with gift coupon for a year, but exercises don’t open and I can’t use app. Support doesn’t answer my appeal.

За один бесплатный день я 1) позанималась 15 мин 2) поняла что музыка в занятии не отключается. Нет, не смогли вы мне продать за неприлично высокую цену то, чего полно бесплатно. Возможно, здесь всё неплохо упаковано, но за 1 день ни понять этого, ни тем более привыкнуть нельзя.

Почему вы решили, что одного дня челленджа достаточно для того, чтобы захотеть заплатить вам немалые деньги? С таким же успехом я могу посмотреть видео в ютубе. Приложение такого плана должно формировать привычку, желание заниматься именно с вами. Вы не справились с задачей заработать деньги.

Does not work

So I have bought the yearly subscription but nothing works. It says unlock, when I tap unlock, it says you have already bought a subscription, and then it says unlock again. Give me my money back or fix it!
