Asana Rebel: Get in Shape

The app is basic AI no free trial so be ready to use explore nothing also it’s mentioned with nutrition there is nothing at all it’s bad don’t worth money

A year ago, I decided to purchase this app. I bought a subscription, the money was deducted, but I didn't receive access to the app. They kept requesting money for the subscription. I wrote emails to support, but received no response. In the app, it said I didn't have any active subscriptions. A year has passed, and they're deducting money from me again for an inactive app. I've emailed again, but still no response. This is outright fraud, and I see I'm not the only one experiencing this.

When I filled out the initial info form there was so many questions about food & diet etc in addition to when i purchased the app in the App Store, under the title it said “Fitness & Nutrient Plans”. And so understandably, I was expecting some more thorough nutrition advice beyond a “No Sugar Challenge” or “Drink a glass of water”! There are no meal plans or developed nutrition advice & the information on the home page is so basic. It is not engaging and does not make me want to use the app at all. I have gone back to the other app I was using before because the interface is so much nicer. On Asana Rebel, the Home Screen does not rotate for landscape iPad usage, you cannot sort the work outs by time and there are no new work outs added.

I Cancelled the subscription in the Apple ID. Then 10 months later I got a charge for subscription. I contacted the customer service told the I don’t use the app and haven’t using it for 10 months. And there is no subscription to cancel anywhere in Apple and in your website mentions you need to contact us. Then she told me I cannot refund because you didn’t contact us earlier so now 2 min after the charge I cannot do anything for you. Really desperate attempt to keep 35 euro asana Rebel from a client that doesn’t want your services and didn’t use your services for almost a year !! Keep it.

I’ve never been one for a workout . I hated the gym. One PT to the other. Nothing made me commit to working out. Until I downloaded Asana. I’ve been keeping up with it for the past year. I won’t go as far as saying I now look like a super model or I’m close to the strength as any of the coaches on the app; but I can definitely say that I’m much stronger. My muscles are visible. And most importantly, I now enjoy working out. Almost 5 days a week. It’s really a great app. Very happy with it. Wish me luck, im very close to perfecting my crow pose 😊

I have subscribed to a full year last year,at first it was great and I was enjoying the classes and at some point I noticed there are barely any new classes added or challenges! Besides you can only use your phone as the option to cast to a screen isn’t available,I have been repeating the challenges for the entire year and decided not to renew and to my surprise I was charged for another year through my card ,and when I contacted their customer service they simply declined my request to cancel without asking me the reasons, and when I stated my frustration to the repeated classes they simply ignored me and my request of cancellation and refund forcing me to stay with them and repeat the same classes they offer for another year!! It’s a complete rep off! With zero customer support system!

First of all, the support will not be clear on auto renew. You can’t even turn it off on the app. I have not used this app for over a year and it charged me the same full year for auto renew. When I tried to get their support, they’re very adamant that I cannot get a full refund. Do yourself a favor, try the other apps that aren’t greedy. Yes, this company is greedy. Other apps will support you on refunds, heck even the US postal office has refunded me immediately. If only they have not taken my money for their auto renew, I will use it to support other apps that has a heart than this.

Not for beginners. Confusing and too many parameters to follow. Very good marketing but very poor results.

1- at times it stops in between the exercises even though I have high speed net 2- at times even though I finished my work out it doesn’t record it and doesn’t collect the badge neither does it update in my activities 3- would be great to have subtitles at the bottom 4- very few recipes for vegan Otherwise a great app to try out at home without any equipments

Very often the exercises don’t load up properly. They keep buffering and stopping in the middle of the session each time which is highly frustrating. I’m seriously considering moving to other apps even though I’ve been a loyal customer for over 3 years now
