I wanted to stop my subscription, but an error occurred. I tried to contact support, but it is impossible to reach them as well. Finally they withdraw my account for 35 euro, though the first month was only 9. In this case the quality of exercises does not mean anything.
The renewal policy is super fraudulent. Even that I didnt use the app, they are charging automatically on yearly basis.
Great advertisement and a huge disappointment. Don’t download just see it, because they charge you before even setting up an account!
This app fails to remind users about annual subscription renewals. I was charged without any notice and when I asked for a refund on the first day, it was denied. Customer service was unhelpful. This experience has been very disappointing.

I decided to try asana rebel and went for the trial period. Yesterday I was billed 39 GBP for a subscription I never authorised or requested. It was very difficult to unsubscribe and I lost the money as customer support won’t reply back to my refund request.
The app is overall great but airplay function is not working quite correctly for me- the workouts get paused and I lose the image on my TV, wgen I restart it, I am back to the beginning. In addition I had to watch the first workout a fee times until it accepted I have completed it which is not ideal.
I am trying to cancel my subscription and it is impossible. You push the customer in a circle. Why you don’t have an option for cancellation inside in an app? whyyyy?! In the app is written than I have to contact customer support - and where is it? You deliberately made everything twisted and complicated in wishing to withdraw money
The app has great marketing and advertisement, I checked the reviews, most people seemed happy, so I decided to subscribe. First of all a monthly subscription costs half the money of the yearly. Which makes no sense. I bought the yearly subscription to save money, only to be disappointed by hard, no beginner friendly workouts, with bad narration. For the first time ever I need to actually look at the screen in order to follow a workout video. The workouts are way too hard for beginners(even the ones meant for beginners), they move fast through poses and I never feel like I have enough time to sink into the pose, relax or feel my muscles working. The app is not user friendly. There is no proper organisation of the challenges and work outs. And I spend way too much time looking for buttons and figuring out what video is suitable for my needs. You start a challenge, like a video and on the next day is all gone. Makes no sense.
