I always find everything im looking for!♥️
very very poor customer relations
i made a return and received an automated mail with the return label, which i can’t open because it’s unsupported file. i already contacted asos support mail a week ago and still not receive a reply. Now i will apparently have to pay postage to return the goods, even though postage should be free?

Refer a friend option is not available in my country, what dou you mean by that you are an online shop. Make it for everyone.

Promo code invalid
I tried to use helloasos promo code and I received feedback that it is only meant for new customers (I opened the account 5 min ago, I am definitely a new customer). Also all nicknames are taken so I cannot publish this review.
