ASOS - Discover Fashion Online

I've been using ASOS for many years. but lately my things have started disappearing! This has never happened before! Something has changed for the worse! I'm tired of messing around with support and proving something! I'm switching to Zolando and deleting your app from my phone. In support, Rakshmi’s employees simply scoff and ask stupid questions about why I returned this or that product and why I don’t know my size. Go to hell

Did not receive my QR Code after trying to return a dress and no e-mail address to send for customer support. I have spent 3 hours to search how to do return and had to wait in que for customer support as there is no longer return button in my app too.

I order often, most of the times it was ok. Got wrong items, once was an asos product with holes. But this last order. I oredetrd a burgundy skort a burgundy jumper and a jumper dress which was on sake. Despite the fact that i was monitoring “new Today” and ordered a reclaimed vintage burgundy skort instantly, the order was being proccessed for ages and i received three notifications it was going to be late. When i received a notification that it was about to get shipped I also reveived a notification that the skort was out-of -stock. All sizes! How is that possible when i places ordered instantly when it arrived?? The whole Idea was to have a mono look, so i was upset already. Yesterday the rest if irder has arrived with a completely different model of a jumper. Thanks for nothing!
