Found this after starting to use their water app. I’ve been trying to do more mindful minutes and this app really makes it much simpler than anything else I’ve tried so far. Really love how all their apps integrate with Apple Health kit. Thank you to the developers for making these wonderful apps. Please keep up the awesome work, and I’ll be downloading any future apps from your team. My hope would be for a llama fitness app next, maybe something as simple as focused on stretching.

I am extremely grateful for this app… 🫶💗 It’s so amazing! Simple interface, and I really like the sound compared to other apps. My only wish would be more customization for the duration of inhales and exhales. I love the widget! It’s unbelievably cool! I use this app almost every night before I go to sleep, and I feel so calm after I do so! :)

I love Water Llama but am disappointed with Mind Llama. Essentially there is only one feature; breathing deeply 5 times in a row. Plus you can't choose the type of reminder alert sound and there are no cumulative features so that you can keep track of your progress. It has potential but so far not worth my money. I quite my free trial.
