buchen zu unrecht für missed classes ab

Mir wurde schon 2x 20€ abgebucht dafür das ich eine gebuchte Klasse nicht besucht habe, obwohl ich beide male da war. Und dann muss man Zeit aufwenden um bei Support Anfragen zu stellen um sein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Man kann auch schlecht sein Budget planen weil die gleiche Klasse mal 15 mal 7 Credits kostet. Der Preis geht nicht runter obwohl noch viele Plätze verfügbar sind. Der Algorithmus ist undurchsichtig, 15€ Credits war aber in dem Fall teurer als direkt beim Kursanbieter über Eversports zu kaufen

Der Kundenservice ist zu nichts zu gebrauchen und die buchen auch gerne mal nen Kurs falsch ab und tun so als wäret ihr nicht erschienen

Very poor customer service

They cancel your plan midway for no reason and the customer service takes a lot of time to respond. And even when they do they refuse to give the reason why the account is canceled. Very flaky service

Such an amazing easy concept- I’m using it now for 3 month and i have being sooo active and having so much fun! I truly love it 💘

Can’t buy additional credits on trial anymore

You used to be able to buy additional credits when you were a few credits short to do your last preferred course on the trial. But although it still says “Buy 5 for GBP 7.50”, they disabled that feature now for trial users. I find that rather annoying. Now I have 11 credits left and can’t try the last place I want to try. Why not let the user spend that money if they wish to? If I liked the place you’d have a higher change of me actually signing up, but now I’m just annoyed that the feature was disabled.

Optimized to lose credits / money

I’ve used this service several times as it’s cheaper than booking at studios directly. To me it looks like they optimized the art of making lots of money out of you. Prices for classes are changing constantly. I’ve booked many credits as there was a nice new sauna in Berlin, two weeks later they didn’t offer it anymore so I ended up with lots of unused credits. Cancellation / missed class fees are definitely a scam. We already lose our credits no need to fine us with another fee up to like 50 €!

1. Services mostly needing more credits than you got by a subscription 2. often it’s cheaper to book the service directly 3. they charge you by missing reservations. I am fine with not refunding the credits. By paying a lot !!! extra is a rip off.

Without saying deleted John Reed in Berlin. My coins are now useless for me as I bought it specifically to go to that gym without yearly subscription. Feels like steeling money to me
