ClassPass: Fitness, Spa, Salon

It seems like a really useful app, but it has far too many bugs. For instance, I attend a class, write comments, and make sure my name is checked in by the person at the door. Yet, the next day, it shows up as a missed class. This has happened four times now, and it is simply unbearable! Additionally, I find it frustrating that when you exit the app, it never stays on the same page. I constantly have to search for and find the same class again, which is very inconvenient. Overall, the experience has been quite disappointing. However, I do appreciate the idea behind the app—it offers great flexibility, which I value. Thank you.

Can't sort by rating, I find occasional "invite friend" bottom sheet annoying, no dark mode support and you have to rate every past meeting. It would be nice if the app is more useable. For example use the app for 10 mins, then leave the app (go home screen on iphone) and come back to it: the app stops responding and you have to restart the app to make it working again. Despite these shortcomings I find it a good and useful service.

I started a trial but I never received a mail or spam mail that my trial period. My membership started 9 month ago but I never received any invoice or anything that reminds you that you are paying for the app. I realized by chance my credit card slip that I was paying for it for a long time. It felt like you don’t receive an invoice so you dont discover that you are paying.

i love changing classes and gyms choosing from many different locations and classes are giving flexibility to train only cancellation fee is unfare,but still can understand because people can abuse if there s no this rule thanks classpass for making life easier and contributing to health

I don’t have a membership. I just noticed they have been taking money from my card !!!! #watchout your #transactions I’m trying to get my refund but no contact number or call center!

Accessible and seamless design, but it gets complicated to find what you are looking for once get into settings.

You get 20 free credits. You attend to one class. Then, you decided to attend another class. And guess what happens? App requires you to upgrade to paid membership in order to use credits for most of the classes that were available in your first trial. Bait is not something I can tolerate.

I downloaded the app from the App Store as an Apple user, and although I entered my card details, the subscription did not appear in my subscriptions on my phone. This makes it impossible for me to manage the subscription or track any payments related to it. When I logged in, I didn't press the "pay" button, and I only entered my card information to access the app. I never received any notification that I would be charged, and, as of now, I got charged for 89$!!! The whole subscription process is unclear, and I’m so disappointed :(

Classpass works fine till you need support. The customer support experience is the worst I have ever seen. You are forced to talk to the bot, which gives you links that don’t work. Finally after navigating the auto replies, if you manage to get on the line for an agent, there’s no real estimate of how long it would take. If you get on a chat after an hour of wait, the agents themselves are not responsive. Think of this as an 3 hour chore if you want to do anything to get support from them
