So much better than paying for memberships! Love it
Not customer friendly!
After months of being a member, each months classes don’t get accursed, so you lose them. Fall out of habit. Lose money. Class pass could play an important roll to keep their members engaged with the platform and keeping active. Cancelling the membership, I had to go via the website and not the app.
Stay Away
This is the worst company I have dealt with. I used credits as part of the 14 day trial and cancelled within that time however they have taken £70 from me without my permission. Very stubborn and will not refund my money. Definitely would not recommend.
They keep charging despite not having credits
They come up with a subscription to avoid losing the credits you have in the account because they expire and when you use them and you are in 0 credits you need to go through the process of cancelling again otherwise they will keep charging you for no service at all!! Total rip-off!
It’s great, but the late fees are ridiculous
The late fees is what had made my friends and I stop using ClassPass. You get a £12 fee if you don’t cancel within 12hr, which is ridiculous. This timeframe needs to be reduced significantly. This is the only reason why I am not going to be using class pass anymore.
AVOID
Fraudulently charged me £145 randomly. This is not the price for any of their subscriptions. Luckily my bank refunded the charge but a lot of hassle.
Discrepancy in Class pricing for same session
Recently, I and my friend plan to attend the same class yet I was charged 12 credits, while my friend was billed 10 credit for the identical session. It was not the only case and it keeps happening. This in consistency in pricing for the same class is concerning and seems unfair.

Not useful, limited bookings and took about 10 clicks to cancel after lots of ‘are you sure?’ Messages before finally being able to cancel
Global Pass - Class Pass
Not sure if users of CP have realised the flexibility you get when travelling on business and having to maintain a certain gym/ exercise routines. With ClassPass, I have maintained a regular schedule of Yoga classes in London, Madrid, Amsterdam, Hongkong and Singapore. It is truly a Global Pass!
