Account management problem
I signed out during trial period. And deleted app. Yet, it sighed off money from me. I downloaded app again, now I cannot access my account, cannot follow support link , it gives me security block message

Can't use the app without rating previous classes
Overall, the app is user-friendly and well-made. But!!! I hate that I can't enter the app or check upcoming training without rating previous classes. As a user, I think it is my personal willingness to rate or not the class, but the app insists on doing it.
Worst app experience
Cancelled subscription, never used the app, but till this day they’re trying to charge me money. Do not recommend to even try

I like this app
Double charges for Missed clases
I don’t get the logic, ClassPass take points for missed class which is fine. But next month they charged my credit card for the same class! What are you doing? The app crashes each morning, so I have to find booking in my email.
Not really happy after using it
Well, firsts oh all, this app doesn’t let you tofreeze you membership and if the studio canceled your appointment at the last day, than all your credits expire and app just gets your money for doing nothing. Also their cancellation policy, do you know, that if you have late cancellation or if you don’t visit studio the money which you pay, they will take to them,not pay to studio. Really strange and not honest. And the last, I have been logged out of the app every time I had to visit my class, thanks that studios let you to come in with your name. Really unhappy with this app. Thanks there are nice alternatives.
Horrible experience with new updates
First, you can‘t normally type your password, cause the cursor is triggering. Then I need to use a password every time I opened the app. And now it is not working, as well as customer service. I was a loyal customer. If you have local disruptions, send us, customers a push notification and propose a solution.
Cannot cancel my subscription due to app and site issues
I haven't been able to cancel my subscription because Classpass site is under reconstruction, and the app gives me a picture of some weird red code whenever I try to log in. They've been trying to withdraw money from my card for several days now, and there's no way of reaching out to anyone with this issue!!!
Problem with subscription
Hey dear Class Pass team. I’m Nataliya from Ukraine. I’ve tried some lessons when I was in Paris for free and I didn’t mean to subscribe for this app because I live in Ukraine- it’s a war here and the app is not working here anyway. So I wanted to cancel the subscription but I couldn’t find it were it is and your website is not working and nobody replied on my letter. I was charged €69 being here in Ukraine and don’t have any feedback from you and can’t cancel this mistaken charge. Please help me sort out this problem. Thank you.

I like this app , can try so many different lessons and choose which you like the most. Thank you Class pass
