Pesimo servicio
La app no actuliza y el servicio el muy malo. Parado durante 4 horas en un tren porque no habia lugar para sentarse, verguenza.
No funciona la app
Compré un ticket, el banco me ha descontado el dinero y 24 hs después sigue sin aparecer mi ticket, compren desde la página o desde las máquinas pero la app no sirve.
Unreliable for buying tickets
It is quite common that when buying by card, it will forward you to an e-commerce page to finish the transaction, but then the ticket will not be loaded in the app. Which means that you paid the money but you don't get the ticket, i.e. you lost your money. Better use the card at the ticket vending machine at the station instead of this app.

Simple, fast, good interface
31.12.2024 Funktioniert absolut gar nichts mehr in der App!
Ich kann keine Bus Verbindungen anschauen ich weiß nicht was da passiert ist. Allein schon das immer die Züge und Busse zu spät kommt ist eine Sache aber das jetzt die App nicht funktioniert sowas ist echt nicht akzeptabel. Ich hoffe dran wird schon gearbeitet! Vor 2025 lief die App einwandfrei war einer meiner Lieblings App jetzt regt sich mich einfach nur noch auf.
Nicht nutzbar
Im Moment nicht nutzbar, da die App sich von alleine schließt und das direkt nach erscheinen des Stadtbildschirms
Die App ist katastrophal
Ich habe ca. 30 Mal versucht ein Deutschland Ticket zu kaufen aber die Kamera Einstellung von der App für die Authentifizierung funktioniert technisch nicht richtig. Lasst das Mal einen ITler überprüfen, dass ist doch nicht mehr normal!
Sitzplatz Reservierungen !
Beim Sitzplatz reservieren wär eine Fahrtrichtungsangabe praktisch und essenziell.
Müll
Schrecklich, ständig Probleme wenn man was buchen muss.
