English intermixed with German
It’s strange to see an app that obviously isn’t made for anyone else but German speakers. Half of the content is not in English. Travel warnings are not in English. Even seating descriptions of purchased tickets are in German. It’s like the past century.
Vital information in German only
Our train was cancelled. Information provided in German only, so we are quite uncertain about our options.
Online ticket wird nicht geladen
Die App lädt keine online tickets ein. Trotz richtiger Buchungsnummer samt Namen gibt es nur eine Fehlermeldung, leider Dauerzustand bei den letzten Buchungen. Update hat nichts gebracht.
Fahrplanänderungen werden per default nicht angezeigt
Eigentlich eine sehr gute App, aber leider werden Fahrplanänderungen standardmäßig nicht angezeigt. Als Standard bekommt man lediglich eine Stunde vor Abfahrt eine Erinnerung - eine Stunde vor der fahrplanmäßigen Abfahrt. Diese Information ist reichlich sinnlos, wenn sich er Fahrplan ändert. Vorschlag zur Verbesserung: stattdessen standardmäßig eine Nachricht schicken, wenn sich die Abfahrtszeit ändert und eine Erinnerung eine Stunde vor der de facto - Abfahrtszeit statt der fahrplanmäßigen Abfahrtszeit.
