La app te roba
La app te cobra y no te entrega los pasajes, primero aparece como una retención y luego te lo cobran y tienes que entrar en un proceso legal con el banco. Recomiendo no usar y comprar en las taquillas de la estación
Faltan live activities
La app es esencial si viajas en tren en Alemania, pero estaría bien que añadiesen live activities para poder ver cómo va nuestro tren en tiempo real sin tener que abrir la app.

Imposible de usar
No se puede comprar el Deutschland Ticket desde hace MESES. Proceso largo y tedioso que acaba dando error siempre, es literalmente imposible.
Careful with Deutschland ticket
You have to cancel 10 days in advance otherwise you have to pay even if your never use it.
Eventhou it has translation to english many pop-ups and important info keeps appearing on Germany so you never exactly know what you are doing.

The app is so bad designed, you cannot buy the Deutschland ticket because they are asking you for verification in verimi or other apps that they are suppose to send you a confirmation number but they are not sending anything and I cannot verify it and therefore i cannot buy the Deutschland ticket There are soooo many verifications for NOTHING Also it should be possible to buy JUST one month instead of only being able to buy it through the SEPA Latschrift
No se puede cambiar el idioma
He conocido gente que la ha descargado hace unos ds en inglés pero a mi me resulta imposible. Solo se descarga en alemán y sin posibilidad de cambiarlo desde la app🤷🏻♀️
