DB Navigator FAQ
Is DB Navigator free?
Yes, DB Navigator is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is DB Navigator legit?
⚠️ The DB Navigator app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
App keeps closing automatically when I try to click and view my ‘Journey’
App keeps closing automatically when I try to click and view my ‘Journey’ link, i am so unable to retrieve my subscription and other saved tickets. I think it’s after any updates done previously with the app. Please fix this. Using in the iPhone.
Live notifications is missing
I believe the app would greatly benefit from the implementation of iOS live notifications for bookmarked trips. This feature would enhance user experience significantly, allowing users to receive timely updates without needing to open the app each time to check their journey status.
Having live notifications would streamline the process and make it much more convenient. It can be quite frustrating to repeatedly open the app just to verify trip details. Implementing this feature would truly make this app stand out as an essential tool for travelers.
Please check your internet prevents from showing the ticket
In the latest version, the app is continuously checking of internet connection when opening Journeys tab. A pop up is displayed "Please check your internet connection and try again". On tapping OK the pop up comes back again.
This creates problem in presenting the ticket when there is no internet availability (in many train routes this is common). Please fix this issue.
Extra 49€ paid
I booked on the 7th of June and cancelled it 21st of June still they charged 49€ + 49€
That's not fair! Cancelled so earlier still they want to charge more!
Deducted money after a month for a cancelled subscription
They are very slow. I applied for a ticket on 22nd of April and they deducted money on 22nd of May. Before that I received 2 letters from that they cannot make a contract and their employees said that I should buy ticket from somewhere else. After I bought a ticket from somewhere else they are now deducting money.
Money hungry company.
App not working
The app is automatically logged out and when I try to login again, the login is not possible. Hence, currently I’m unable to load my Deutschland ticket. This caused stress during my travel. Kindly fix this problem.
Search panel not working
The search panel in the app is not allowing to select the origin and destination city.Kindly look into this matter
Now the DB app doesn’t work just like their trains…
I have paid around ~400 Euros for train tickets and there was a notification to update the app. So, I updated the app and now I cannot log in to the app anymore.
How can an organisation like DB release such a beta status update where the customer cannot even login?
Is DB competitive enough to develop an app? Why should the app log you out for just an update in the first place?
Can DB at-least do some basic bug testing before releasing an update and prompting every user to update the app?
How can a German company be so bad at planning and organisation (train schedules and also the app now)?
Pathetic update
Since sometime i was getting a notification to update my app. Now since i updated i am not able to login to account. There is no error message or any kind of information why the login does not work. Such a big organization and i dont know what kind IT team working on such things. I dont know now how to access my tickets now. Simply clueless.
