UI makes no sense, very misleading. Adding 2 persons on search does not reflect the payment process, you only get a single ticket.

I love this app so much, I am addicted to this app, I actually think that i like this app a little too much. I have problem now, my family and friends are concerned about my behavior lately. I just love trains so much. I cant help myself. Keep up with the great work!

Frankly I didn’t expect to download such a great app. Everything works fine, even updated for iPhone X. In future I’d like to see all screens completely translated in English and removed the boring populs for “Are you sure you want to leave this area?”.
31.12.2024 Funktioniert absolut gar nichts mehr in der App!
Ich kann keine Bus Verbindungen anschauen ich weiß nicht was da passiert ist. Allein schon das immer die Züge und Busse zu spät kommt ist eine Sache aber das jetzt die App nicht funktioniert sowas ist echt nicht akzeptabel. Ich hoffe dran wird schon gearbeitet! Vor 2025 lief die App einwandfrei war einer meiner Lieblings App jetzt regt sich mich einfach nur noch auf.

Im Moment nicht nutzbar, da die App sich von alleine schließt und das direkt nach erscheinen des Stadtbildschirms
Die App ist katastrophal
Ich habe ca. 30 Mal versucht ein Deutschland Ticket zu kaufen aber die Kamera Einstellung von der App für die Authentifizierung funktioniert technisch nicht richtig. Lasst das Mal einen ITler überprüfen, dass ist doch nicht mehr normal!
Sitzplatz Reservierungen !
Beim Sitzplatz reservieren wär eine Fahrtrichtungsangabe praktisch und essenziell.

Schrecklich, ständig Probleme wenn man was buchen muss.
Durchwachsen
Unterschiedliche Anzeigen von Zügen, je nachdem über welchen Weg man sucht. Ankünfte können nicht beobachtet werden, man muss immer eine Verbindung suchen, das geht aber wieder in einem anderen Menü als die Anzeige der Ankünfte. Bei der Suche von Ankünften mit einer bestimmten Uhrzeit werden auch alle anderen Verbindungen des Tages mit angezeigt, auch die vergangenen. Das ist natürlich total sinnfrei.
