Die App ist total verwirrend. Die Bestellung eines Deutschlandtickets war eines der schwierigsten Tärigkeiten von meinem Leben
I had much higher expectations for German national train line
I used to think about German as synonym for precision, punctuality and order. Well my experience was totally different. This is nothing but a shame for Germany. I think I had a better experience everywhere else. Unbelievably inefficient and disrespectful. Like they don’t think about people who paid their tickets and rely totally upon the service. Enormous delays are the norm, cancellations as well. Even last minute cancellations. Honestly it’s been a painful surprise.

I just purchased 2 tickets have found out by other means that BOTH my trips have been cancelled but the app in no way gives updated information about the status of the train. I repeat BOTH suppressed and no instructions whatsoever.
Inaccettabile
Se pensi che Trenitalia sia il peggio del peggio, vieni a fare visita alla Germania e muoviti tramite i servizi offerti dalla DB… non rimarrai deluso: ritardi assolutamente non lievi e cancellazioni comunicati all’ultimo minuto renderanno il tuo viaggio adrenalinico come non mai. Come se non bastasse, negli ultimi mesi si discute dell’aumento della rata mensile prevista per il Deutschland ticket… vediamo se questo porterà a delle risoluzioni concrete per la fiumana di problematiche che riguarda questa compagnia. Ridicoli.
