This company is joke. You cannot butly monthly ticket whenever you want, you have to buy it before 10th. They DONT automaticy take money from your account and after that they have problem that you dont paid them and you cannot buy another ticket or easy pay your „debt”. It is hilarious

The application is fine. But the subscription system is bad planned. I’ve bought a deutschland ticket. I wanted it only for one month, because I’m a traveler. So, I thought that I could cancel the subscription in the end of the month. No, it was a lie. I have bought a ticket on 9th, and paid for that only 13th. 30th I wanted to cancel it, and it didn’t allow to do it, it said I could cancel it only by the end of next month and that means I should pay for next month as well. When I asked support guy about it, he didn’t answer on my questions and just told me it’s such a system. So, the correct flow right now, if you want to buy a ticket only for a month , you should buy it and cancel the subscription on the same time. It’s useless and unclear for foreign people like me. Please make somewhere a note about it. Because I thought if I will cancel the subscription you will get back my current ticket.

It is supposed to be simple to buy a ticket if that the function was working. Local tickets —> Bayern Ticket (29 euro) is impossible to buy, as on the step “email address” it does not save it saying a “network error”. It seems to be a 50X or 40X API response error on the background and there is no chance to bypass the step.

Don't use this app or buy tickets via it. You eventually will be late, since DB is always late, you will be late to all train possible they will reschedule all connections you will miss flights. Save your time, buy plane tickets or by bus. Bus for 8 hours would be still faster then train for 4/5 hours since you will Have delays for 10+ hours.

Not able change language at settings (no such option ciśnie) and ad ticket to wallet (akson no such option visible)

Overall, the app is ok, but it doesn't block Apple Wallet from coming up which makes scanning QR code and getting into a train station in the Netherlands extremely difficult. NS app works by blocking it, but only DB sells single ticket for whole journey from Amsterdam to Warsaw.

Amazing job. This app is very easy to use and super useful. Shows real time information about platforms, delays etc. Great navigation which shows exactly when to transfer etc.
