Bug: passengers selection for families.
It’s impossible to select passengers with children when searching and making a booking. Devs didn’t think parents would want to travel with their children. Please fix the UI. The passengers options are single select, cannot add different passengers together.
great but watch updates
Great app but a forced update when catching a train made me miss a platform change and get delayed 2 hours (platform was showing as unchanged until after I updated). Keeping platform changes active on old versions after a new update has been released would be helpful for time-critical situations

About as reliable as their trains
Trying to buy a €49 Deutschland ticket and get your id verified is just impossible. This company struggles to do anything reliably.
Mobile travel what?
Haven’t been able to log into my account for over a year and after speaking to three different teams nowhere near a solution. Really disappointing giving I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and then you move abroad and that’s how you get punished. Don’t offer your app outside of Germany if you can’t support your international customers.
Does not work
Please be careful. The calendar is 2023! If you try to go to 2024, the days don’t match days. You’ll end up with an out of date ticket!
Login from outside Germany impossible
I am not able to login to my account from outside Germany. Therefore unable to book tickets on the App. It keeps telling me that for reasons of data protection I am not able to login.
Worst navigation app
What kind of data protection doesn’t allow the user to login even once. Worst app for travelling ever.
Stopped working
App opens but I can’t do anything. It gives error messages on every page. Not sure what happened. It used to work well.
