About as reliable as their trains

Trying to buy a €49 Deutschland ticket and get your id verified is just impossible. This company struggles to do anything reliably.

Mobile travel what?

Haven’t been able to log into my account for over a year and after speaking to three different teams nowhere near a solution. Really disappointing giving I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and then you move abroad and that’s how you get punished. Don’t offer your app outside of Germany if you can’t support your international customers.

Does not work

Please be careful. The calendar is 2023! If you try to go to 2024, the days don’t match days. You’ll end up with an out of date ticket!

Login from outside Germany impossible

I am not able to login to my account from outside Germany. Therefore unable to book tickets on the App. It keeps telling me that for reasons of data protection I am not able to login.

Worst navigation app

What kind of data protection doesn’t allow the user to login even once. Worst app for travelling ever.

Stopped working

App opens but I can’t do anything. It gives error messages on every page. Not sure what happened. It used to work well.

Can’t log in!

Since the latest update I can’t log in - I can’t get a reminder sent and I can’t register a new account either. It’s become unusable. When I searched for a future trip, without logging in, the dates and days were incorrect in the calendar too.

Wünsch dir was App

Zeigt Züge an, die eine Stunde früher abgefahren sind. Statt Einzelkarten werden NUR Deutschland Tickets zum Kauf angeboten.

Verschlimmbesserung

Nachdem der Support für die Apple Watch weggenommen wurde, gibts ja jetzt auch keinen Support mehr für Apple Wallet. So gibt es also keine Ausweichmöglichkeit vom Handy mehr. Sprich wenn der Akku leer ist brauche ich Papier als Rückfallebene. Danke DB ihr seid Helden.
