The app showing that the store already accepted the order and finding a courier for my orders then arriving time pass by the app didnt show anything that the driver or courier accepted the order or deliver it after a minute my order was cancelled by the courier and said i didnt arrived at pick up area or cannot contact me but there were no details of chat or call on the app its showing only waiting for the courier to accept and now i still need to pay coz the courier have waited too long? Like yow ur app is late or what my internet problem still cannot contact the courier that how did that happen for just a minute nothing change on the app showing for deliveries or the courier accepted it

Can’t access my DiDi

It says Didi is not available in my area. I am currently in Chifeng China. How is it not available in my area when everyone here is using Didi. I’ve been trying to input my address and the location where I will go but it doesn’t show up. Annoying

El día de hoy tuve un accidente automovilístico en el cual pedí apoyo por parte Didi y jamás contestaron al llamado, es increíble el poco respeto que tienen a los usuarios como para que a pesar de haber tenido un accidente que pudo haber terminado muy mal les valga tan asquerosamente, bye didi

Los conductores de DiDi food son tardados jamás vuelvo a pedir en esta aplicación,mejoren el tiempo de esperar por que perderán clientes pésimo servicio

No recomiendo didi, cuando pides un viaje te dice 90 pesos y ya cuando te dejan a tu destino son 130 eso es exageración, tomando en cuenta que no hay tráfico el conductor no se desvío de la ruta y ni hay mal clima no justifican con nada ese aumento sin razón y para como no te resuelven nada te dicen que sucedio a lo lencionado arriba, en fin una forma de estafa
