تغيير الباقات دون علم المستهلك ودون موافقه يتم التغيير .. هذا امر مرفوض ، عندما احتاج تغيير الباقة سيتم التواصل معكم ، اضافة الى الموظفين لايملكون المعلومات عن باقات وخصائص دو ، كل موظف يدلي بمعلومات مختلفه ، غير ملمين بالوظيفة ومحتواها ..

Really bad service and poorer performance
Worst service ever! If you want really bad experience. No contact Centre or support whatsoever. Poor 5g and when u do have the service is rate limited. On the website they Indicate good for gaming and video which is a total lie

VERY VERY BAD SERVICES, I'm facing connection issue since long and nobody is responding properly. Specifically in UAQ Branch. How they got 4.6 rating out of 5 🤣🤣🤣

Cancellation
Takes ages to cancel, when the process starts it’s “wait for a day” until you want to get the early cancellation fee waved because ONE DAY before contract ends. Do not recommend
Purchasing a plan from the application
I have had the worst experience ever, 3 days ago and still not yet activated a plan that I have requested through the app I don’t know how long will it take !!
