When ever i tried to login with uaepass It says getcustomerinfobydoc server returns an invalid response . But etisalat app can login with uae pass so its du problem by their end

Hello, I’m trying to login to the app but every time the app just hangs on the loading page and doesn’t go further . I am using du postpaid mobile package and du home services and cannot even log in.

First they trap u by offering discounted services Then once u get the connection they start putting false charges When u want to exit from their service again they put charges They just know how to take out money from ur pocket but zero in service management.
