Worst self care Telco app
Just gives remaining resources view. The manager your plan feature doesn’t work so all I can really do is only check remaining balances and top up account but cannot do any customisations to my package

This app is a trash Every time i use I regret having postpaid DU service It’s pretty much of scam Will not recommend
World most advanced country with worse app
This app is useless and backwards. In 2015 companies have better app . They don’t offer anything in app they don’t show any validity of ur many packages .they don’t even show ur remaining data or date and time . When u ask customers services they will keep telling do this do this and then disappear. Pleas improve ur app . Go watch backward Pakistani telecommunications companies app . Indian telecommunications companies app saudi companies app and compare ur cheapest app .

Hello there i want to cancel my cotract of hime wireless but there no option in the app to cancel contract and if a call on helpline nobody picking my call what type of service are you providing please solved out my issue
