Extremely expensive and get used up too quick even when unlimited.

Terrible experience

DU disabled my iMessage feature while they had my phone in the shop!!! Shocking They we’re trying to fix their original error of me having access to the previous owner of my number - all his details and all his phone numbers. Don’t go with DU

Nice UI and show off, that’s it!

Poor services and incompetent billing team. They are asking me to pay 1000 AED without even generating the bill. How annoying.

Please return data Recharge functionality

The app has no anymore Data Recharge functionality in increments of 500 MB as in the past. This was a very convenient function to recharge data in the go (not Data Bundles as nobody is using these). I’ve been asking dU for months to fix this issue with the app but so far it’s going nowhere.

Account number change and disconnection

Terrible company in every possible way.

I only gave it one star because I can’t give it zero. They do nothing right. I feel sorry for the employees that have to represent such a poorly run company that is over charging, products don’t work and customer service is not even nil, it’s in the minus numbers as is antagonising and time wasting.

Poor app, tons of garbage ad notifications

Despite the very limited functionality the app takes minutes to start and often refuses even to show the home screen. However, this doesn’t stop DU from charging you premium and sending you 5+ ads visa push notifications daily without any option to opt-out from ads.

Stay away from du

Worse company in the world, worst app in the world

Go elsewhere if you can. App as unreliable as the service.

There are glitches in the app that mean requests to cancel don’t necessarily get processed - their own cancellation team admitted this. Trying to get this problem fixed has raised my blood pressure - no department will take responsibility. Du likes to use words such as ‘seamless’ with no idea what it means.
