It doesn’t work at all with UAE Pass. It won’t login and won’t even perform in-app operations related to UAE Pass even if it’s allowed from the Pass. Kindly look into this issue as soon as you can. It’s very important to have this issue prioritised and resolved.

I have tried several times to pay account with my Apple Pay…thought it had been payed …but your app is not accepting it !

Constant issues with this app and it rarely even loads.

Very disappointed with the app as i am trying to login but not receiving OTP on my number. I tried choosing email to receive OTP but i am receiving when time expire. It’s been happening since few months.

Someone called me and said I could upgrade my current package to a better one with more data. I said is the price the same and they said yes. I asked for an email explaining this in writing which I never received. Then they upped my plan and added a new fee to it. So I’m now being charged more for something I didn’t even agree to. Of course du customer care is AWFUL. And I am now going to cancel my contracts. After 10 years of being with du I’m disappointed nothing more was done to help.

I have 6gb a month and I bought 30gb as a one off to top up which last for several months. Du uses my 30gb data instead of my 6gb data. So each month my 6gb comes and only the 30gb is used up. They never allow me to use the 6gb or reimburse 6gb back. Not good.

Du are thieves, you pay for 600mbps and receive 50mbps, the engineer visits and tells you the whole area has issues that Du won’t fix. Typical UAE, pay for a service you never receive and no one has the capacity to help, they can only sell packages, not support them.
