Completely useless service! Moved away and requested to close my account, and a couple of days later I e-mailed to follow up. They wrote back that I didn’t answer when they called me, so my “complaint got rejected”, and I had to do the whole process again! Now, two months later they are calling me about a bill for this period, which they haven’t even sent!
Unfortunately, my experiences with DU as a service provider and their customer services have been overwhelmingly negative. Despite subscribing to the Power Plan 600, which is advertised to provide 5 GB of data roaming, I have never been able to access this service whenever I travel abroad. Despite making multiple attempts to seek assistance from DU customer service, they have proven ineffective in resolving this persistent issue. Additionally, I have frequently encountered unfavorable conduct from DU customer support. Despite the initial promise of 5 GB data roaming being part of my subscription plan, I am forced to purchase extra data packages as I never receive the services that were originally included in my subscription.
The application is easy to use . But unfortunately I have received many times OTP messages and someone calling me and asking for the message in order to reset my account by pretending that they call from Du call centre.
Useless, since impossible to register new account. Always gets "Sorry a system error occurred please try later" I should at least now why it is not working for me. Hmm maybe if I have a post paid number or something.?
Takes so long to open the app. Always crashed!! Popr customer service!!
Shocking service in the store and via management follow ups - never calls back - close complaints with out follow through - just from my experience that’s recorded already
Be ware of the dirty trick Du is doing. I was away on a business trip. Du rep contacted me since my plan was about to expire. He scheduled an attendance / service - I asked to continue with same plan. Service person had convinced my wife to sign for one more contract with higher fees - that i did not ask for. And now - very convenient for Du- 2 accounts to pay for; in single line
