Is du free?
Yes, du is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is du legit?
⚠️ The du app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I have been a customer with du for some time and was on the 225 plan. Recently, I noticed that my plan was upgraded to the 300 plan without any prior notification. As a result, I have been paying significantly more than expected.
Additionally, I discovered that I am being charged for third-party services that I was not aware of and did not subscribe to. Despite raising a complaint about these issues, they remain unresolved.
I hope du can address these problems promptly. Customers should not be subjected to plan changes without their consent and should be informed clearly about any additional charges. The lack of transparency is leading to us paying much more than the plans we signed up for.

Takes time to open and use the Du app.
I just updated Du app on my phone...noticed that it takes an amount of time to open. It should also be able to access it without the need of wifi to be able to navigate and use it right?
Renewal
Your didnt renew my previous post paid plan until now. I contacted you several times already. Please have your manager call me. This is ridiculous. The agents i talked to always promised me that it will be activated automatically. Please review the call recordings and the chat transcript. I will file a formal complaint if i will not hear from you until tomorrow. Very poor service.
Interrupted internet connection
Hi we have noticed in the previous months that we were experiencing interrupted internet connections several days (mintues to hours) in a month. Hopefully it won’t happen this year. Thank you
