Dear Du Management, I hope this will raised a concerned to the higher management as our internet connection was on very bad signal, Someone from your team offer us a UPGRADE for a 5G and since that time our internet connection become more slow, And everytime we are complaining to your customer service they would just kept restarting our internet or ask us to restart it which it dont solve our problem on our internet, and one of the agent blame the connection to our location is slow that the 5G signal cannot give us a good internet which ironical because when one of your sales representative offer this 5G to us they know where we are staying and didn’t even bother to tell us about this worst situation we will encounter for out connection, and even we complained everynow ans then no one even send someone to check out connection physically. We kept telling whenever we are calling your customer service this lasy time we call same agent did the restarting and this and that but still same we even ask if possible to send your team to check our internet connection physically but no response or no helpful at all.
Im facing problem renew my Emirates ID documents on my account, I cant access the site even Im using a valid registered ID pass, phone Number, and email address.
I want to cancel this
What is the happenings now i cant open my account,i want to do something but it doesnt work please fix it as soon as possible.
Du telecom the most bad service ever
I have upgrade my plan but until now i dont have data and calls. I was a good customer for the past 6 years and i upgrade my plan for the first time and this happened. The agent was sying that the issue was in back office. I tried to call the du call center but no use for this kind of issue. So disappointing
Need to go to branch and wait for a long time just to update my id. After 2 weeks my number got suspended again. So i need to go again to the branch store. Waste of time, money and energy. I’ll never use du again.
It’s not functioning!
