App doesn’t work, WiFi neither … but don’t worry the prices stay high

Since several month it’s impossible to log in, she filling account number or mobile number it says an error occured

I had a terrible experience with the app. Despite having an active subscription, I cannot access it. I am stuck on an endless loading screen with the message, “This is taking longer than expected.” I cannot proceed and cannot do payments, and the system will even disrupted my network access and ability to make calls. I have tried using different Wi-Fi networks, and my app is updated to the latest version, but nothing works.

15€ pour avoir 2go Bien sur une fois payer vous vous rendrez compte que vous êtes en 3g et non pas 4/5g donc la connexion n’est même pas suffisante pour ouvrir une page Google je déconseille fortement de payer sur cette application quoi que ce soit. Tout simplement du vol. 👎🏼 J’espère que vous prendrais cette avis au sérieux sinon vous pourrais vous en vouloir qu’à vous même d’avoir fait confiance à cette application qui d’après moi et juste une énorme escroquerie.
