The app does not even load. Also, paying with foreign card is not possible. Apple pay works horrible, it deducted money and then rejected and still did not get money back. Even the internet is still not working. Why is it required to send otp every time I log in?
it is just impossible to log in after repeated updates, it is by far the most frequesntly updated App you can have on apple store. I can not see the difference at all between updates- it is just so unnecessary Please stop updating the app for no reason!!!!!
Internet at home is not working for unknown reason. I switched to my mobile internet with few data left, open the du app and it asks me to update it using my mobile data. Very bad user experience. Why you force me to update the app with every new version even if nothing important was changed? 99% of times I use the app to see if my internet was paid, and to pay it if not. Havent seen any changes in this user flow even after 20+ updates. This app should be accessible even if internet is not working/not paid so at least I can see whats going on with my account. You on the other hand make the app unaccesible by forcing me new useless updates
Dear Du Team, Why did you overcharge me for 100 dirhams more? I called you several times and went to your branch in Emirates Mall just to recheck and cancel this extra amount. But you didn’t make anything? Kindly contact me to solve this issue
I ordered simcard for 37 aed with call & data plan included. There was issue technical. They advised to go to store. Now I paid 55 aed with no plan. Thanks du. I regret to be your customer.
To be honest. With the money you steal from customers. And money that you don’t deserve. I am not surprised that you have such a bad app.
For mobile carrier of that level it’s a shame to have that kind of app. Please, fix it and make it work properly.

Shocking service in the store and via management follow ups - never calls back - close complaints with out follow through - just from my experience that’s recorded already
