please fix the app as i'm not the only one who can't open the app. it keeps loading

I just renewed my yearly plan, payed for it from balance and there is no indication in app that I renewed it. App suggests me renew again! Moreover I cannot see history of transactions, only history of recharges, so they just sometimes decrease my balance I have to wonder why, because there is no information about such transactions in app…

What is wrong with du app. I had to uninstall the application and reinstall it again, but still I cannot open the application. Just keep loading forever Like for real ????

Always problem when I want to open applications

I found it most of the time this app is keep on loading when you open, sometimes it's crash, and after midnight, usually it's unavailable. Dubai people said it's "kachara"

I took a plan a year ago from the marketing called me and offered me postpaid. They said it only 1 year contract and can be cancel automatically without renew if you finished the bill. I came to the branch and asking to them and asking what should i do because i will leave the country. i just need to pay and changed into the prepaid and i can do outside the uae or i need to pay 600 dirhams include with early cancellation that charged me 200 dirhams! I left the country and check my bills and pay all of it because the date of contract already finished. i got the feed back that i have to pay another bill for another plan , and i have to pay other bill to migrate to prepaid. how this company grab and steal money from customer like ? what kind of sevice they are doing ? this is totally scam and it's cyber criminal. this is must be case to police. they are not make proper marketing and tell them to steal money from customer by lying to us. this very bad thing in my life and i also already pay all things and i have no obligation to pay other plan they are talking about. Please dont follow what they are offering or they will do the same thing like i have now. dont make any postpain plan if you don't want to leave in dubai forever.

This is the most unprofessional company. Large company but can not manage the systems on the company. Since a week ago i try to cancel my home wifi because i will leaving from the country but all the customers service did not give the answer or proper information about what should i do? They say will call me but never call. I call customer service every day since than until today , but still no one from the company can cancel my home wifi and just said they will call back but never call. I send an email already to cancel my home wifi and still no respond. How can you play the customers like that? I came in good to pay my right to your company!! If you read this one, please reach me. Give solutions. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY HOME WIFI.

He scheduled an attendance / service - I asked to continue with same plan. Service person had convinced my wife to sign for one more contract with higher fees - that i did not ask for. And now - very convenient for Du- 2 accounts to pay for; in single line
