My parents came to visit me in Dubai and we have spent 3 days of their 6 days vacation to connect their sim-cards, application simply doesnt work, I spent hours to find du machines to charge their sim cards and paid 100 aed for each, nobody in 2 offices in dubai mall and hills mall is not able to simply activate them, now they recieve messages that 49 aed plan cant be activated because there is not enough funds on balance just after the message that balance was charged for 100 aed, so half of vacation left, sim cards still dont work, that looks simply like a scam, do not recommend.

Be ware of the dirty trick Du is doing. I was away on a business trip. Du rep contacted me since my plan was about to expire. He scheduled an attendance / service - I asked to continue with same plan. Service person had convinced my wife to sign for one more contract with higher fees - that i did not ask for. And now - very convenient for Du- 2 accounts to pay for; in single line

I paid 140.dhs for credit. Bank deducted from me and I never got the credit. I tried to raise a complain. I sent the bank statement like 5 times on email and they keep replying asking for the bank statement. Messy, will charge you like this and make it seem so hard and complicated to reach them and solve an issue. I’m in utter shock…
