Is du free?
Yes, du is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is du legit?
⚠️ The du app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
After paying my bill before my due dates consistently and abiding to my contract, when I moved out of the UAE, I contacted the agents on the application and emailed the team to assist with cancellation which seems to be extremely impossible even after paying your bill and when on the signed contract is says the accounts will expire. I was told I will not be charged cancellation fees as I do not have any active account but 2 months later, I am still being charged. It seems they make it so impossible so that they can continue to make money out of you.
Bad service
App doesn’t work when you try to cancel your plan. 800 155 number doesn’t work when you try to manage your account to cancel your plan. If you select, “Leaving the country,” they don’t call you back while you’re in the country and when when you’re in a different country, they obviously can’t call you because your number doesn’t work. Their chatbot can’t help with simple tasks. Overall, a very frustrating service.
This app is horrible!
The app is almost as bad as the company itself.

Two months after getting Du, I keep getting errors in the app which prevents me from using all the functionality. Tech support keeps investigating. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever seen

Really bad service and poorer performance
Worst service ever! If you want really bad experience. No contact Centre or support whatsoever. Poor 5g and when u do have the service is rate limited. On the website they Indicate good for gaming and video which is a total lie

Cancellation
Takes ages to cancel, when the process starts it’s “wait for a day” until you want to get the early cancellation fee waved because ONE DAY before contract ends. Do not recommend
