Unable to verify email
This is one of the worst apps I’ve used - cannot register after clicking “Sign Up or Log In”. All options are only for Log In. After creating my account through other means, cannot “verify” my email address. Seriously, bad.

Customer service is super good , the reply like instant , and the connection is stable and good , always has 5G.
ALERT ! SCAM SCAM SCAM
Data unable to be used even in developed countries. Scam! The good reviews are bought. Read the bad ones. There other providers like eskimo so much easier & stable!
Good support services.
I had to contact the help centre twice to seek assistance on the eSIM as I had purchased 2 different eSIM back to back. My issues were attended to quickly n instructions were easy to understand. I ll continue to use FlexiRoamX for my future travel. Hopefully their charges continue to be competitive.
Hopeless Customer Service
Customer service is virtually non existent. Thuggish language used. Use some other service.

Never Fail To Help
I’ve tried many international eSIM data services but remain a veteran user of Flexiroam. It just works. I’m also a frequent phone upgrader and each time I change my phone, Flexiroam is there to help me set up my eSIM on my new phone. The service is prompt and instructions clear. I never had any issue performing an upgrade. And my new phone is up and running on Flexiroam within few hours. Yes, this quick turnaround is important for me because I’m a frequent traveller and connectivity is key to my work. Flexiroam has been a reliable service provider for my data needs.
Great Customer Support
(Mastercard 3GB 15Days in PH) Had some issues setting up that meant I couldn’t connect to a network, and I could not resolve the issues via google. Contacted support via Messenger and they issued me a new eSim with detailed setup instructions, and the issues were instantly rectified.
Successfully Moved My Account to a New Phone!
Great Job! I got a new phone and managed to setup/move my Flexiroam account to my new phone with excellent help from customer support. The steps were quite smooth and fast. I really thought it would be such a complex task. Kudos to the fantastic support!
Never get past verification
Verification link always redirects to Fraser Experience app, apparently other people have the same problem. Issues still not rectified, IG chat is responsive to help but not resolved. Unfortunately I cannot trust them enough to try.
