Avoid flexiroam i ve purchased a 20Go global data plan : lot of issues with connectivity, plan get suspended without any reason , customer support veryyy veryyy bad . According to customer service ,they add and remove countries from dataplan coverage according to data price without any notice to customer !!!! So if you re buying a global plan to cover 2 or more countries, maybe you ll find your self paying an expensive plan with no coverage at all ….!!!!

Have been using FlexiRoam for a while. Great experience until now. Last trip to the US was horrible. Slowest data ever, customer service was of no use at all. Would definitely not recommend. Going to change service provider next time

You buy an unlimited data plan and they tell you after there is a maximum number of GB you can use per day, your speed is otherwise turned down to a minimum where you end up not being able to do anything.

FlexiRoam is an absolute scam. I bought the largest plan they offered, but I constantly faced service interruptions, while my girlfriend, with another provider, had no issues. They forced an update that made me lose my entire plan. To top it off, their customer service is non-existent – they never responded to my multiple requests for help. A nightmarish experience. Avoid this service at all costs! --- FlexiRoam est une arnaque pure et simple. J’ai pris le plus gros forfait, mais j’ai été constamment confronté à des coupures de service, alors que ma copine, avec un autre opérateur, n’a eu aucun problème. Ils ont imposé une mise à jour qui m’a fait perdre tout mon forfait. Pour couronner le tout, leur service client est inexistant – aucune réponse à mes multiples demandes d’aide. Une expérience cauchemardesque. Fuyez ce service à tout prix !
