Helpdesk was very helpful and solved my problems.

The rates are very expensive, you have to wait for promotions codes even though there are options cheaper. This said, the service is very good, and the help center is very kind and helpful.

The rates compared with others are too high.

The microship stopped working managing my sim card. I sent an e-mail complaining about the service, never got an answer back.

The service is fine but the amount of notification spam they send is reprehensible, I had to disable them completely. Without exaggeration, they have been sending 2 or 3 notifications daily since I signed up in December. They have “sales” on credits and spam you about them constantly, even if you just purchased credits using the same sale. (A sale that never ends is actually not a sale, it’s just annoying). So use the service but don’t enable notifications.
