Good technical support
This has been my third time using flexi. Last one was problematic, altough the service was a little slow (long waits for replies) technical support team was able to solve the problem. Overall, I am having a good experience.

The support is very, very bad. I don't recommend downloading.
The support is bad, and the chip is late in activation, it takes a whole day, and when you want someone to help you, they are late for you for two days to take a very bad service to talk to them, and I do not recommend downloading. Take the amount from me, and then the package does not work, I do not recommend downloading and buying.
İnternet yok
Kurduktan sonra ilk 5 gün düzgünce çalıştı sonrasında devamlı olarak hat çekiyor ama internet yok. Defalarca yazdım geri dönüş her seferinde 24-48 saat içinde döneceğiz 2 haftaya yaklaştı hala çözüm yok

Fast customer service and i think good deals are there. I use global 20 gb and it seems enough gor me. The reception is good everywhere

Best i've tried so far
I've used many other e-sim global data apps. So far this is the best. They respond to emails instantly and solve the problem. Coverage is truly all around the world (including most of africa and russia). And the prices are acceptable
Coverage is a lie
Global data plan coverage is a lie, I believe. In the countries in the coverage list I had no coverage. Plus, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU? No coverage, I’m in the middle of nowhere and I cannot reach you. this is unbelievable.
