Always only LTE connection or no connection
I just started to use Flexiroam and so far my experience is only LTE connection. Ex sample I was just on holiday with my GF and she used her sim card from indonesia and I bought 5 days with local unlimited GB in Malaysia. My girlfriend had 5 G connection all the time and me using Flexiroam only had LTE sometimes and most of the time no connection And we where locked on to the same network and same iphone 14 pro. My guess is if I had bought a fixed amount of GB I would have had a faster connection but only a guess!
Fast customer service
I just had a problem installing my e-sim and I wrote to them by WhatsApp and they replied very fast and found a quick solution to make it work for me! I kindly recommend this app to use for data in the world.
Always using
Always use FlexiRoam when I travel - works pretty much everywhere. Would love to see support for apple watch aswell 😊

Dual Sim in 1 simcard great convenience
The product works great, and it is super convenient you don’t have to change SIM card or carry an extra gadget around, just your iPhone and nothing else. Customer service has a Whatsapp chat, which works very well. Great and efficient. Price is a bit steep comparing to some other products out there, hence the 4star rating. But the product works great.

Perfekter Customer Service
Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Aktivierung eines Promotion Plans und wurden vom Customer Service perfekt durch die verschiedenen Schritte geleitet. Nachdem die ersten Bemühungen nicht erfolgreich waren, wurde unser Anliegen an den 2nd Level Support weitergeleitet und binnen 12 Stunden erfolgreich gelöst. Es war eine super schnelle und gute Kommunikation
Toller Support, unterirdische Preise
Ich war bis vor ca. 6 Monaten ein sehr zufriedener Kunde von Flexiroam. Bin viel unterwegs in der Welt und hatte selten Probleme. Falls ich welche hatte, konnte der WhatsApp Support jedes mal sehr kompetent, schnell und freundlich helfen. Aus welchen Gründen auch immer wurde allerdings der Preis der globalen Datenpakete dermaßen angezogen dass ich mich nach Alternativen umsehen musste, die ich dann auch schnell fand. Schade dass es so extrem teuer geworden ist. Aufgrund dessen kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen, wobei ich den Support wie eingangs erwähnt super fand.
