I’m happy with the service. I paid $70 for 30GB for 365 days for global. Now the same plan no longer exist. You can get 30GB 180 days for $188. It’s just crazy. They don’t want customers anymore. Use Airalo.

This app sends too many marketing/promotional push notifications to my phone. It's spammy. They should add a setting to opt out of marketing/promotional notifications so that I only get essential/transactional notifications. Since they don't offer that option, I went to my phone's settings and disabled all notifications from this app.

Purchased 70 GB Global plan. Installed eSIM, activated plan. Waited for a while. No Service. Restarted the iPhone. No Service. Looked for online help and followed all the instructions. No Service. Contacted support via apps messaging system. Got first some useless AI responses. Thereafter was redirected to “live” support. Waited for 34 minutes till I got another message. Responded and waited for another 25 minutes for the next message. Thereafter another 20 minutes for the next one. Still not working. Eventually got proper support via email. The issue got eventually resolved. Do not expect that it will work flawlessly when you arrive at your destination.

Bought a 15 day unlimited plan for Asia but have been throttled to 0.50Mbps the entire time. Reached out to support, who claim that I have gone over the fair use 3GB limit, even though I provided proof that I hadn’t even used 3GB over half the plan term due to the throttling. Support isn’t helpful and takes a very long time to answer inquiries. Do yourself a favour and go with another provider like Airalo and avoid the potential headache of dealing with this company.

Signed up, got approx 15 push notifications in a row. Had to uninstall immediately.

This new “upgrade” no longer gives the ability to if you are actually connected to a network. Flexiroam had this previously and it was very useful. This is not an upgrade. It’s a downgrade. My advice, if you haven’t yet updated, don’t.

How did they take a perfectly serviceable app and make it laggy, buggy, slow, and hide everything you are trying to see behind ads and multiple clicks? All I want to see is my current plan and country coverage, which used to be front and center, but now I have to navigate with multiple clicks through them trying to sell me junk just to get there.

I have used Flexiroam before without issues but this trip I just could not get my plan connected. I reached out to Flexiroam through WhatsApp and they were able to resolve my issues and get me connected. I very much appreciated the support!

Very accomodating staff that assisted my connection here in USA. Service was immediate and at present I am enjoying my communications with my family and friends. Rate is affordable and once connected you can roam hassle free. If you have some issues contact them and they are happy to be of service asap. Thanks again for your kind help.
