The customer service is above and beyond and the plans are comprehensive and great. The coverage for the global plans is really good, although prices are a bit expensive, but if you pick up the regular discounts then it’s quite affordable!

I had really high hopes from Flexiroam as when ai landed in Paris I immediately got 5G support and the speeds were amazing, so next day I went ahead with unlimited GB Europe plan for 15 days and surprisingly every day the internet just works for first few hours and stop working despite me spending most of my time on hotel wifi, and on contacting their support they are like you consumed all data and there are no statics in the app to check the amount of data used, and now in Switzerland the internet is not working since I have arrived and support is just telling me that they’ll check with local operator, so I don’t think Flexiroam is reliable at least Europe.

Travel made convenient .. Without it feels like we are back in the old age.
