They were great last year and this year terrible. I have the free 3 gb from mastercard and it requires me to verify myself. And when I try to do that on the chat, there are no responses. So much for 24/7 customer care. Would rather pay other providers than get a free one from flexiroam

Very difficult to connect and activate my plan. Suddenly missing my 2 GB plan while i still struggle to connect and activate. Not only me but my whole family who use this apps. We’re very desperate to connect. Will never use flexiroam again.

Flexiroam has good coverage area. I have been using it in several countries without any issues. Excellent troubleshooting support.

Nobody is standing by to help you. All support are either robot or not responsive

The data plan is cheap if you bought 90days ahead. However, the data consumed is so terrific fast and made me thinking that i got scam on the data use. My remaining data still have 2GB and suddenly used up once woke up in the morning; eventhough I did not use the data for youtube or the similar kind of app.

Actually the app is good and easy to use. But I felt being cheated, the 1 GB data plans run out very fast although I did not use internet extensively (no YouTube or video streaming, only browsing and WhatsApp). This morning check 250 MB available. Then go for a walk without using internet. Back to hotel, the app said no data plans. Check with CS they said I used up my data. 250 MB just gone like that
